These Terms & Conditions apply to all inquiries, quotes, and bookings made with ListlyTour (“we”, “us”, “our”). By confirming a booking and making a payment, you accept these terms.
1) Booking Confirmation & Contract
A booking becomes confirmed when:
- you receive a written booking confirmation (email/invoice), and
- we receive your deposit.
2) Payments
Deposit (to confirm your booking)
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm and secure your reservation.
- In certain cases (depending on supplier requirements and availability), a minimum 25% deposit may be accepted to hold the booking.
Balance payment
- The remaining balance is due 30 days before your departure date.
- If you book within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at confirmation.
Payment fees
Any transaction or bank fees charged by payment providers are outside our control and may be non-refundable.
3) What’s Included
Your confirmation will clearly state:
- travel dates and itinerary
- departure city and pickup details
- included services (private driver/transport, accommodations, activities if specified)
- exclusions (e.g., flights, personal expenses, tips unless stated)
Only items listed in your written confirmation are included.
4) Price Validity
Quotes are based on supplier availability and current costs at the time of quotation. Prices may change before confirmation. Once your booking is confirmed and the deposit is received, your price is fixed except when supplier costs change outside our control (we will discuss options with you before any adjustment).
5) Changes Requested by You
We’ll do our best to modify your itinerary after confirmation, subject to availability. Changes may result in:
- additional supplier costs, or
- revised pricing if hotels/camps/transport must be rebooked
Some changes (date or name changes) may be treated as a cancellation + rebooking depending on supplier rules.
6) Cancellation Policy (By You)
Cancellations must be sent in writing to contact@listlytour.com. The effective cancellation date is the day we receive your email.
Free cancellation (more than 30 days before departure)
- If you cancel more than 30 days before departure, cancellation is free.
- You receive a refund of amounts paid, minus:
- any non-recoverable supplier costs already paid to secure your booking (e.g., non-refundable accommodation deposits), and
- any non-refundable payment processing fees (if applicable).
Cancellations within 30 days
- If you cancel 30 days or less before departure, the deposit becomes non-refundable, unless we are able to recover funds from suppliers.
- Any additional amounts paid will be refunded only if and to the extent that we can recover them from suppliers.
We always attempt to minimize charges by negotiating with suppliers when possible.
7) Cancellation or Changes by ListlyTour
In rare cases, changes may be necessary due to supplier issues, safety concerns, or events outside our control. If we must change your itinerary, we will offer an equivalent alternative. If we must cancel and no suitable alternative exists, we will refund amounts paid minus non-recoverable supplier costs.
8) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, road closures, government actions, pandemics, transport disruptions). Refunds in such cases depend on supplier refundability.
9) Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- valid passport/visa requirements
- health requirements and personal medication
- arriving on time for pickups
- respectful behavior toward staff and local communities
We may end services without refund if behavior creates safety risks or serious disruption.
10) Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation/interruption, and luggage.
11) Liability
ListlyTour coordinates services and may use third-party suppliers (accommodations, activities, transport partners). We are not liable for:
- airline delays/cancellations
- acts/omissions of independent third parties outside our direct control
- circumstances covered by force majeure
Nothing limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
12) Complaints
If a problem occurs during your trip, tell us immediately so we can fix it. Formal complaints must be emailed to contact@listlytour.com within 14 days after your tour ends.
13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Morocco, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
